What we need on the first call
- The summons, complaint or claim, if you have it (a photo on WhatsApp is enough).
- The dates: when it happened, when you were notified, when you must appear.
- A short summary of what happened, in your own words.
With that we can tell you the same day what your scenario is and send you a fixed written quote within 24 hours.

Is the first call free?
Yes. The first call is to understand your case and tell you what your scenario is. If a meeting with document review is needed, we tell you beforehand.
Can I come to the office without an appointment?
We ask for an appointment so that we can give you the time you need, in Vilafranca as well as in Sitges or Vilanova. For urgent matters, a video call is usually the fastest route.
